- Reviews open accounts for collection efforts.
- Responsible of making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
- Resolves client-billing problems and rescues account receivable delinquency, applying good customer service in a timely manner.
- Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.
- Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
- Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
- Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
- Mail correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must have background on credit and collection and bank related transaction
- Must be highly organized and dedicated
- With good oral and written communication skills
- With excellent people skills and customer service
- Can work with minimum supervision
