- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
- Set-up layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Prepare annual budget
- Prepare regular reports (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.)
- Perform other management mandates duties
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business or engineering course
- At least 5 years experience in warehousing and logistics
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Good knowledge of warehouse management software and database
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
