- Act as the administrative point of contact between the management and staff/clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence
- Handle the management's request and queries appropriately
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation
- Other management mandated functions
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of accounting or financial management
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Proven experience in office administration
- Solid knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent time management and staff planning
- Exemplary decision-making skills
- Meticulous and extremely detail oriented
