- Supports the Accounting Department in its day-to-day operation
- Clerical, administrative and data-entry duties
- Process invoices, prepares vouchers, filing, sorting
- Review of documents for accuracy and completeness
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records
- Compiles data and prepare reports
- Performs other management mandated functions
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any business course
- High competency in MS applications
- Good organizational skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Attention to details and ability to multi-task
