- Answering customer inquiries over the phone, by email and face to face
- Processing orders, credit checks, and payments
- Sending out invoices and other paperwork
- Updating customer records
- Checking stock and re-ordering supplies
- Organizing deliveries
- Providing after-sales support
- Typing up documents like letters and reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (any course but preferably Business course);
- At least 2 years experience in related field; preferably with ERP experience
- Ability to sell products and services;
- Customer service skills;
- Strong initiative;
- Works well with others;
- Must be persistent and determined;
- Works well under pressure;
- Must have an ambition and a desire to succeed;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
