Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle existing accounts for both Corporate and Travel Market.
- Handle customers' inquiries and do sales calls and follow-ups by phone, email and online if necessary.
- Reply to daily correspondences and inquiries whether through the official website, fax, or email.
- Maintain, build up, and update mailing database.
- Ensure total customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and managing special handling.
- Take over-all in-charge of room reservations for all managed properties and for inquiries as well as room blockings and payment schedules and deadlines.
- Be responsible in all the requisition of office and resort supplies.
- Take part in the conduct of Performance Appraisal.
- Be in-charge in Admin works like documents, monthly payroll of employees, and archives related information and materials.
- Maintain a directory of suppliers and make appropriate recommendations to the Head based on cost, quality, and ability to meet standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any 4-year course in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Studies, Business Administration, or any related course.
- At least 1-3 years of work experience in Hotel Sales and Marketing.
- Preferably male and single.
