Duties and Responsibilities
- PRF Monitoring Report
- Applicant’s Monitoring Report
- PAF Monitoring Report
- Status of Employment Report
- Screens and endorses on-the-job trainees for different departments.
- Performs other human resources related duties or work that may be assigned from time to time.
- Coordinates with each department for manpower needs, ensuring all posts are covered.
- Implements standard recruitment procedures which include processing of department’s manpower request/s, sourcing of applicants, conducting interviews, administering exams and assessing and endorsing applicants to the concerned department.
- Provides list of HR requirements for new employees and ensures complete HR requirements for 201 file.
- Facilitates signing of contract and job description to newly hired employees.
- Endorses
- Monitors and safe keep all 201 file of employees.
- Maintains and keeps supporting documents and working papers.
- Monitors proper implementation of employee evaluation guidelines. Keeps track of employees’ appraisal.
- Maintains an updated database.
- Ensures compliance with government regulations on recruitment administration.
- Prepares statistics and reports on recruitment such as:
- Monitors plantilla and statistics of manpower recruitment of WCI.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate in any of the following areas: Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Behavioral Science.
- At least one year experience in recruitment functions
- Above average communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
Willing to be assigned in World Citi Colleges - North Manila (Caloocan)
