Product Marketing Manager

• Developing a product improvement-feature, launch and campaign strategy that maximizes market share and market awareness, consider customer satisfaction as well.
• Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
• Creating promotions with the campaign team
• Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, ROI and profit-loss projections.
• Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
• Building brand awareness and positioning.
• Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy
• Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
• Communicating and developing marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Researching the demand for the organization's products and services.
• Evaluating competitors
• Coordinating social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.
• Research our market's consumer preferences then target and segment our customers effectively based on this research
• Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing content that will enable the sales team
• Create product marketing content that clearly and effectively communicates our value proposition
• Oversee product launches, feature releases, and product positioning
• Evaluate projects using relevant OKRs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.

Woobiz is looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager who will be in charge of overseeing the entire marketing features and activities of our company's product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales and also developing pricing strategies, identifying new features, customers, supporting lead generation efforts, creating our relevant product marketing content.

Your market research will help guide you when creating this content. You will collaborate with other internal teams and product marketing team members to develop our strategy for product launches and product positioning. You will also be tasked with developing budgets and expenditures, as well as R&D appropriations. Finally, you will be in charge of developing and managing our product's advertising campaigns.

Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration
• 4+ years' experience of product marketing, Brand Manager, or similar role.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Familiar with product marketing tactics
• Experience with public relation and online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
• Understanding of analytics and product design improvement process.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to change
• A game-changer - influential communicator, excellent at networking and relationship builder
