Job Description
- Oversees the operation of a retail store and performs duties to ensure its smooth operation as required.
- Orients, trains, schedules, monitors, and provides direction to Store Staff and volunteers.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management and Operations-related course.
- At least 2 years of related experience including 1 year Supervisory experience.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
