- Works closely with the Inside Sales and Product Management Team in formulating strategies.
- Identifies possible sales opportunities and generate new business for the company.
- Regularly visits the clients to enhance relationship.
- Gathers information and monitor competitors – from current and new products, pricing, and marketing activities. Perform extensive market research and produce reports based on advanced statistical analysis.
- Specifies market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
- Demonstrates high level of professionalism at all times.
- Briefs the Product Management Team when he identifies opportunities for selling new products or models to clients to strengthen partnership.
- Must cross sell products and services to strengthen relationship with clients and increase client loyalty.
- Conducts product enablement to all client’s sales and technical team to ensure transfer of knowledge in the field of sales, marketing and technical.
- Ensures or surpasses month-to-date / year-to-date sales targets on a per client basis.
- Ensure that sales production increases over a certain period of time.
- Ensures that excellent pre- and after- sales services are extended to the clients.
- Ensures that clients pay on time in accordance with the agreed terms.
- Sends daily report to the management.
- Must be willing to accept changes, other tasks and responsibilities not mentioned above for the overall growth of the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree, Computer Science/ Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/ Administration/ Management and Marketing or any related course
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Works well independently and in groups; should be able to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals
- Preferably from Cebu
- If not, willing to relocate in Cebu
- Willing to travel as required
