Business Development Manager  

The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing the business development strategy of a certain product, solution, and services of the company. He must identify rising business opportunities, such as projects that will increase revenue and meet company goals. He must have an understanding of branding and marketing as he is responsible for developing a sales campaign.

He must rely on knowledge, theory and hands-on experience to help the business grow. He evaluates the current performance of the business and find ways to help the business reach its full potential. His main goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops sales growth strategy focused both on maximizing profits and customer satisfaction
• Conducts research to identify new markets and customer needs, and activities of any competition - from current and new products, pricing, and marketing activities
• Conducts necessary market analysis in order to benchmark the competition and keep the company ahead of it
• Maintains a high-level knowledge in Sales Management, Marketing, Strategic Management and Business Planning as a strength to grow the business
• Communicates, presents, asserts and speaks to all the different stakeholders involved in the business
• Collaborates with multiple parties from both inside and outside the company
• Works with marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer
• Arranges business meetings with prospective clients
• Builds long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
• Accepts changes, other tasks and responsibilities not mentioned above for the overall growth of the company

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree, Computer Science/ Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/ Administration/ Management and Marketing or any related course
• At least 2-3 year(s) of experience in the related field is required for this position.
