Job Description

Essential Skills:

- Strong written and spoken communication
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- High standards in delivering outputs and strong attention to detail
- Well organised, motivated and hardworking personality
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities:

- Uploading content and updating websites
- Providing project support which includes; managing/motoring actions and creating/updating project plans
- Supporting the team with regular updates
- Creating business process documents following workshops
- Plan, execute and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Project support, planning and managing resources
- Coordinate the efforts of the team and third party members
- Manage small and medium sized projects across digital

- Support other projects managers with large projects

- Reports to the Head of Project Management
