Job Description

Requirements:
• At least 18 years old.
• High School graduates and College undergraduates are acceptable.
• A good communication skill is a must.
• Willing to work on a dayshift schedule.
• Willing to start ASAP.

Responsibilities:
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Handle inbound customer service support calls from established customer
• Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources.
• Answer questions about customer's concerns.
• Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
