• Collaborate with the company's Marketing and Brand execution team
• Design and implement targeted and creative brand activation campaigns.
• Work with the Director of Sales
• Create and implement an active customer support program for the company’s key accounts.
• Teach our international accredited training program to our key accounts by conducting regular workshops and seminars
• Administer regular training workshops in our retail stores and educating our customers how to make the perfect coffee at home.
• Conduct regular spot audit checks of our key trade accounts, ensuring that our brand standards are met and maintained.
• Handle regular alignment meetings with the Director of Sales, Marketing and promotional teams effectively reporting brand campaign updates
• Ensure that brand building objectives are fully leveraged in all targeted trade accounts and spend is optimized.
• Coordinate and meet weekly / monthly reporting requirements
• Monitor and report key market trends and propose actions.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the coffee industry.
• A continual interest in expanding his or her product knowledge.
