Job Description
- Deliver on client service standards by ensuring all assigned clients meet all compliance obligations
- Deliver on client service standards by responding to client queries in a proactive and professional manner
- Deliver on client service standards by proactively identifying matters to be raised with AU accountants
- Conduct research as required ensuring the provision of accurate and complete information to AU accountants and/or the director
Minimum Qualifications
- CPA or Chartered Accountant is preferred
- Demonstrated experience preparing financial accounts, tax returns and activity statements at a senior level
- Demonstrated ability to develop and retain effective team relationships
- Proficiency in Xero Practice Modules, MYOB Practice Modules, knowledge of bookkeeping solutions and Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Outlook
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor/train team members
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and prioritise
- A strong attention to detail and high levels of initiative
