Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Creating OUTBOUND calls to schedule appointments for sales consultants
- Creating new database from property sales data
- Cleaning existing database and entering all correct details into Customer database
- Confirm appointment after it has been booked
- Entering data into our customer database
- Updating Sales Calendar
- Input of appointments booked into sales calendar
Minimum Qualifications
- A can-do attitude and the ability to prioritize and self-manage workload
- Has experience working with Australian clients
- Ability to persuade and convince prospective clients
- 5-7 years of experience in appointment setting.
- Computer skills & proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM programs.
- Experience in business to consumer sales.
- Experience working with a team to support targeted quota
- Experience with property investments, sales and/or direct response sales are greatly preferred, but not a requirement
