Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Creating OUTBOUND calls to schedule appointments for sales consultants
  • Creating new database from property sales data
  • Cleaning existing database and entering all correct details into Customer database
  • Confirm appointment after it has been booked
  • Entering data into our customer database
  • Updating Sales Calendar
  • Input of appointments booked into sales calendar

Minimum Qualifications

  • A can-do attitude and the ability to prioritize and self-manage workload
  • Has experience working with Australian clients
  • Ability to persuade and convince prospective clients
  • 5-7 years of experience in appointment setting.
  • Computer skills & proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM programs.
  • Experience in business to consumer sales.
  • Experience working with a team to support targeted quota
  • Experience with property investments, sales and/or direct response sales are greatly preferred, but not a requirement
