Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Production of sales estimatesProduce sales estimates to reflect the customer’s requirements using BusinessCraft / MRS software to incorporate:
- standard options
- non standard variations
- foundation and footing requirements
- inclusions to achieve required siting
- regulatory requirements
- Ensure that all requirements described in the property assessment are incorporated into the Preliminary Contract and Contract documents.
- Follow company checklists to capture and process all information required to determine fixed site costs with particular emphasis on:
- Site cut, fill, retaining walls
- Footing requirements (including bored concrete or screw piers)
- Slab design
- Wind category
- Sound attenuation
- Base pricing
- Service connections
- Setbacks
- Avoiding impact on easements
- Energy efficiency
- Complete all estimates in accordance with Metricon design and construction details and to comply with Building Code of Australia, local authority requirements and relevant planning requirements.
- Quality Control
Minimum Qualifications
- Australian Experience in estimating houses.
- Estimating experience at least 1 to 3 years experience
- Ideally, experience with Australian and QLD Standards
- Exceptional English
- High attention to details
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to work in Makati City on a Dayshift schedule
