Job Description
This position is responsible for providing technical and administrative assistance to the Labor and Employee Relations team by handling and documenting all employee-related queries, grievances, and escalations for accurate, efficient, and timely resolution of HR issues and policy. The Employee and Labor Relations Specialist also implements and monitors the effectiveness of employee engagement programs in Wilcon Depot, Inc. (WDI).
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or BS Psychology
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
