Job Description
The position is responsible for executing recruiting strategies to fill up the workforce requirements of the departments and stores through sourcing, screening, interviewing applicants for vacant positions based on manpower budget in accordance to company’s procedures and standards. The Recruitment Specialist also monitors the performance of the new hire prior to their regularization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a bachelor degree holder in BS Human Resource Development Management, Psychology or any relevant courses;
- Preferably with at least 1 year work experience as a recruiter or in the field recruitment;
- Excellent communication and human resources skills;
- Willing to work at Wilcon Depot Head office - Libis, Quezon City
