Job Description
- Social media marketing - Creating and managing the company’s presence through its online properties
- Content creation - Writing posts, articles, newsletters, and other communication to customers
- Customer relations - Answering customer questions through chat, email, or phone, as well as addressing concerns coursed through online properties
- Analytics - Reporting on online performance, as well as finding ways to improve them
Minimum Qualifications
- Full professional proficiency or native/bilingual proficiency in English and either Japanese or Korean
- A marketing degree is welcome, but not required with relevant work experience.
- An in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and how they are deployed for different requirements
- A working knowledge of SEO and analytics
- A background in customer service is a plus
