Job Description
- Create product or process guides on a proprietary tool based on existing help articles or process documents. This involves performing processes step-by-step, recording all actions taken with the tool, and annotating the guides.
- Test guides and reporting on different browsers/platforms
- Organize guides into a coherent and intuitive flow
- Develop and maintain style guides
- Provide feedback to the product team on any questions, bugs, and enhancements
Minimum Qualifications
Wideout needs writers! While the proof of the pudding is in the tasting, good product writing also goes a long way to complete or even enhance a product or experience. In this case, we want writers who are not only comfortable with web technologies, but recognize their value to be advocates. Your role as a technical writer is to create content that is intuitive, easy to digest, and covers all bases
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written and verbal English a requirement
- Degree or background in communications, writing, technical writing, or related
- Experience in UI/UX writing a plus
- Background in ad operations or ad technologies a huge plus
