• Acts as primary client interface and lead day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns pertaining to these clients.
• Serves as a Single Point of Contact for clients. Identifies opportunities and grow the clients' business/es; manage clients' needs, ensure these are met and should proactively resolve concerns.
• Acts as liaison within Wideout for all client concerns; reviews and proposes systems, policies and implement programs appropriate for the Wideout staff assigned to those clients.
• Provides engineering and product development support, dissemination of value-add and differentiation messages to customers, and should be able to establish a defensible barrier to competitors.
• Serves as the primary supplier interface for all client products and services: designs registrations, management and maintenance; coordinates with Wideout Senior Management interface with customers, program and project management.
• Visits client sites and arranges for client site visits to Wideout as needed.
• Reviews and analyzes overall service level results to identify opportunities and recommend action plans to improve quality, reduce cost and enhance service delivery.
• Assesses headcount requirements and justifies hiring needs as necessary.
• Analyzes pricing delivery, accuracy and anticipate any issues surrounding invoices; shall be responsible for accurately billing and collecting from client within the acceptable timeframe approved by the Board.
• Reports directly to the Account Manager.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related function is required.
• Background in Digital Advertising, Creative Development or Advertising Operations would be a huge plus.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate well with all levels within any organization.
• Ability to work competently under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Superior business and negotiation skills.
• Willing to work at shifting and tight schedules.
