Job Description
- Technical Support; prime for customer / developer technical support, problem solving and maintaining a high level of system reliability as well as resolving trouble tickets.
- Troubleshoot: apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to individual customer needs.
- Assist the team with building more complex Network reporting capabilities.
- Debug existing Python and MySQL codes, finding efficiency.
- Proactively solve issues, working with Rocket Fuel ground control if need be (navigating our servers & folders).
- Take over complex reporting for large clients (involving mapping & SQL), coordinating others at Wideout.
- Mentors / coaches developers for the project.
- Performs other project-related tasks as may be required by the PM for the project.
- Takes on other tasks as the company may reasonably request from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in related discipline. Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering degree preferred.
- Ability to use one or more development language (Python, C++, PHP, HTML, etc.)
- Has working experience in Python.
- Has extensive working experience in MySQL.
- Preferrably worked as Dev Support/L1-L2 Solutions Engineer
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
