Creative Staffing Recruiter  

• Support the recruitment and staffing needs of the onshore Google Play business
• Identify recruiting requirements based on organizational direction and objectives
• Establish applicant sources through researching and building relationships with industry contacts
• Attract applicants by tapping new and existing applicant sources and using social media and job sites
• Determine applicant suitability through interviews, analyzing responses and background checks
• Act as primary point of communication between candidates, clients and hiring managers
• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers
• Prepare and conduct job offers for selected candidates

STRINGENT REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in any specialization related to human resources, content production or multimedia arts
• At least 3 years of recruitment work experience
• Must have outstanding communication skills
• Must have impeccable command of written and verbal English
• Amenable to work in US working hours
• Amenable to work during holidays and to render overtime when needed

DESIRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Experience with processing applicants with video editing, production and content management backgrounds would be highly preferred
• Experience in dealing with high-security content would be a huge plus
• Recruitment process outsourcing experience would also be a huge plus
• Previous work experience with ad agencies and creative firms would also be a plus
• Experience in interfacing directly with US clients and onshore counterparts
• Motivated self-starter with proven leadership ability
