Team Lead - Media and Creatives (Shift Supervisor)  

The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for making sure that each task is delivered on time with no quality issues.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of each stage of the project lifecycle
• Management of task queues
• Ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and to spec
• Work schedule creation and supervision
• Ensuring resources are adequately equipped to perform
• Coaching and performance management of team members
• Create and coordinate initiatives to improve and maintain quality
• Learning all aspects of clients’ businesses and management of their expectations
• Creating and maintaining knowledge and process documentation
• Periodic reporting on the account and team performance
• Manage team productivity and attendance
• Create and update all relevant process documents

• At least 2 years of experience
• Strong leadership and work ethic
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to work in any shift schedule

Desired Skills & Experience:

• At least 2 years experience in team and/or project management
• Bachelor's degree holder in the field of media creatives or related field
• Excellent English (verbal, written and interpersonal) communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with a keen attention to detail
• Effective decision making and time management skills
• Client-facing experience is a big plus
• Strong technology proficiency (Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational skills
• Basic knowledge in SQL
