Developer Resource Manager  

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Developer Resource Manager is to manage resourcing for all potential and assigned projects. This position will act as the liaison between Production and Department Heads for Client Services, Production and Creative Development as it relates to resourcing across all work.

The Developer Resource Manage also works directly with HR and WideOut U to facilitate appropriate staffing across the company based on the understanding of project requirements and skills needed. He should ensure that resourcing is managed well in order to assure timely delivery and must communicate to appropriate Project Managers and Point persons resourcing issues that may impact scheduled deadlines and production dynamics. It is also required that this position enforce Company process and policies by utilizing and requesting all departments to use proper forms, procedures, etc. when requesting for permanent and/or temporary resources.

The Developer Resource Manager should possess an excellent combination of communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Implement employee training and development programs that keep pace with a changing business environment.
• Demonstrate best practices for attracting, assessing, acquiring and terminating personnel.
• Understand legal perspectives on wages, benefits, pay equity and job evaluation.
• Act as point of contact for resource booking confirmation, conflict resolution, and development of solutions in support of business goals
• Run weekly resource meeting and facilitate resourcing issues / conflict resolution with Services teams and appropriate department heads.
• Manage resourcing forecast spreadsheets for all departments based on input from weekly meetings and the Production Team.
• Work with Production Team members and Department Heads to identify appropriate resource requirements for each account and project.
• Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing.
• Analyze and report on weekly utilization reports to department leads.
• Maintain appropriate resource levels, skills, and quality for organization bench.

• Qualifications:

• College graduate (Computer Science and IT-related considered a plus)
• Client-facing and client management experience, Independent and self-starter.
• At least 3 years professional experience in an Internet technology-oriented production, development, or campaign management role
• Proactive, eager to learn and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and strong attention to detail
• Experience in project management methodologies (e.g. PMI, Lean, Adaptive) is a plus
• Previous leadership role in a technical production or development environment is a plus
• Previous experience working with or for an advertising agency considered a plus
• Previous management/supervisory experience within the BPO industry considered a plus
• Must be fluent in English (oral and written)
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
• Applicants must be willing to work at client’s hours (for instance, if a US customer, hours would be at night)
