Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain effective reporting tools and business intelligence solutions for the business enterprise and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement recurring reporting using various tools available such as Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, Microsoft Access, Visual Basic, SQL, etc.
- Analyze business units’ activities and trends and compare performance against service standards and industry benchmarks.
- Work with business unit leaders to identify and implement strategies that will promote continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Develop ad-hoc reporting to be used by the business.
- Prepare routine reports for different business units including Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record, preferably from a business specialization.
- Background in digital advertising or ad operations would be a huge plus.
- Experience working in a BPO setting would also be a plus.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
- Flexible: must exercise sound judgment in managing priorities.
- Resourcefulness, a can-do attitude, and the ability to process complex concepts are key attributes.
- Willing to work in Makati City.
- Amenable to working in US hours.
