Reports Analyst

Responsibilities

• Run weekly MySQL, Vertica & Hive queries for external managed services & platform.
• Manage reporting projects for both internal and external customers and ensure successful execution
• Create and provide support for operation data reporting and analytics.
• Tracking of client deliverables, issue resolution, and client specific source data nuances.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems.
• Manage Ad-hoc report requests submitted from management.

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record, preferably from a computer science or business specialization
• Must have strong experience in MySQL
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an absolute must
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills
• Extensive attention to detail
• Flexible; must exercise sound judgment in managing priorities
• Background in digital advertising or ad operations would be a huge plus
• Experience working in a BPO setting would also be a plus
• Resourcefulness, a can-do attitude and the ability to process complex concepts are key attributes
• Must be willing to work in Makati City and/or Alabang
• Must be amenable to working in US hour
