Job Description
- Manage Information technology systems and infrastructure
- Provide support and resolution to all IT related request/issues and escalate to IT Manager if necessary.
- Install, configure, deploy and maintain desktop, laptops, server, printers, smartphones, network peripherals and authorize software.
- Create new account and access to onboarding employee/s
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify and prevent any possible intrusion
- Ensure software update are applied and kept up to date on servers, desktops, laptops and network peripherals
- Manage IT assets of hardware, software, and licenses
- Liaise with vendors for purchase of hardware, software, licenses and etc.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers
- Perform other related duties assigned by the Managers
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-3 years experienced employees specializing in IT/Computer Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
- Advanced troubleshooting experience (PC, hardware/software, browsers, etc.)
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Willing to work rotating shift
