Sr. Designer | Work From Home  

They are responsible for driving the overall creative vision, setting and maintaining staff skill levels through recruitment and training, and establishing and maintaining studio production standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with the Art Directors / SMEs to ensure the quality and integrity of work stays at a high level
• Foster a culture that encourages collaboration, experimentation, and innovation by mentoring Art Directors / SMEs and junior creative staff
• Collaborate with the Projects and Operations teams to craft or prototype solutions to client business needs
• Function as a creative solutions consultant and escalation point for your creative teams
• Define, communicate, and enforce company design standards
• Develop a cohesive visual identity for the studio - color palette, typography, imagery, iconography, etc.
• Work closely with product management to ensure that designs are in line with company values
• Create templates for branding usage
• Create compelling presentations for pitching new work

• At least 2 years of experience in digital publishing and/or rich media advertising
• At least 2 years of experience in a management, supervisory or training capacity
• Knowledge in Expert-level proficiency Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Familiar in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus
• Amenable to work in US working hours
• Amenable to work during holidays and to render overtime when needed
