Job Description
- Act as primary client interface and lead day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns pertaining to these clients
- Serve as a Single Point of Contact for clients. Identify opportunities and grow the clients' business/es; manage clients' needs, ensure these are met and should proactively resolve concerns
- Act as liaison within Wideout for all client concerns; review and propose systems, policies and implement programs appropriate for the Wideout staff assigned to those clients
- Provide engineering and product development support, dissemination of value-add and differentiation messages to customers, and should be able to establish a defensible barrier to competitors
- Serve as the primary supplier interface for all client products and services: design registrations, management and maintenance; coordinate with Wideout Senior Management interface with customers, program and project management
- Visit client sites and arrange for client site visits to Wideout as needed.
- Review and analyze overall service level results to identify opportunities and recommend action plans to improve quality, reduce cost and enhance service delivery.
- Assess headcount requirements and justify hiring needs as necessary
- Analyze pricing delivery, accuracy and anticipate any issues surrounding invoices; shall be responsible for accurately billing and collecting from client within the acceptable timeframe approved by the Board
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related function is required
- Background in digital advertising, creative development or advertising operations would be a huge plus
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to communicate well with all levels within any organization
- Ability to work competently under pressure with minimal supervision
- Superior business and negotiation skills\
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Background in ad operations or digital field a huge plus
- Must be willing to work any shift schedule
