Project Manager

Wide-out Workforces Inc. are looking for a Project Manager to work with the Data team and manage one of the team’s key initiatives. Our ideal candidate must have a background in business, management, budgeting, and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator and must be comfortable not only with managing a team and a project but also dealing with repetitive tasks.

• With the Creative Director, conceptualize, pitch and execute creative concepts for branding clients, websites and as campaigns
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Create comps, storyboards, animations, and other final deliverables as required
• End-to-end management of each stage of the project life cycle
• In-charge for meeting the company’s requirements and goals, as well as plan, execute, and monitor projects while along with their target timeline and budget.
• Direct and supervise the creative team and collaborate with other teams for campaigns or project
• Work closely with the team to achieve completion of projects.

• Must have at least minimum of 2 - 4 years of solid experience
• Certified Project Manager or Six Sigma
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual design, and storytelling
• Good understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising concepts and practices
• Project and team management experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experienced with planning and process improvement, staffing, coaching and supervision
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Willing to work in Makati City
