Job Description

A Customer Service Manager is responsible for always ensuring the satisfaction of customers. They typically have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Supervising the daily operations of the customer service department
  • Supervise customer service team. Supervisory duties include coaching, training and motivating staff to perform effectively. Customer service managers must also create an environment where employees feel valuable to the organization.
  • Creating a reliable customer loyalty program
  • Setting customer service goals for team members and helping them reach those goals
  • Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintaining relationships with profitable customers
  • Making weekly and monthly reports and surveys
  • Staying current on the latest industry trends and techniques

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at a Bachelor's/College Degree holder
  • Minimum 3 years in customer service experience or any related field.
  • Strong skills in the following areas: Customer Service, Communications, teamwork, flexibility, and reliability
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
