Job Description
A Customer Service Manager is responsible for always ensuring the satisfaction of customers. They typically have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Supervising the daily operations of the customer service department
- Supervise customer service team. Supervisory duties include coaching, training and motivating staff to perform effectively. Customer service managers must also create an environment where employees feel valuable to the organization.
- Creating a reliable customer loyalty program
- Setting customer service goals for team members and helping them reach those goals
- Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintaining relationships with profitable customers
- Making weekly and monthly reports and surveys
- Staying current on the latest industry trends and techniques
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at a Bachelor's/College Degree holder
- Minimum 3 years in customer service experience or any related field.
- Strong skills in the following areas: Customer Service, Communications, teamwork, flexibility, and reliability
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
