Store Supervisor  

Responsible for assisting the area manager in the over-all supervision of employees assigned branch/area

• Orients new employee on the job duties and store procedures
• Assist in motivating and counseling employee to recommend necessary disciplinary action to erring employee
• Train employee on the job and recommend appropriate for potential employees
• Evaluates performance of subordinates
• Make suggestions on manpower requirements of the store
• Check attendance of subordinates and prepare work schedule
• Prepare vacation leave schedule of regular employees in consonance with the guidelines of operations
• Ensure compliance to policies on proper work uniform and grooming standard
• Maintain open line communication to foster positive attitude towards company goals
• Motivate and counsel employees in order to maintain disciplinary action on erring employee

Assists Area Manager in exceptional sales and customer experience

• Assist in the implementation of sales strategies
• Maintains efficient customer service, observes flow of transaction in the counter and help direct customer traffic
• Report customer complaint and facilities attention or action to the area manager
• Attend to minor customer complaint and assist customer if necessary

Accountable for the safety of store money on hand and daily collection

Maintain proper storage, cleanliness and orderliness of the work area to ensure systematic flow of work

Assists in the implementation of safety and security control measures

Assists the area manager in the performance of administrative functions

Ensures good housekeeping, maintenance and use of facilities, equipment in the store

• Must be willing to be assigned in Makati
