Job Description
- Ensures timely execution of product launches, media relations activities, corporate tie-ups, and special events.
- Develops and oversees the full implementation of the brand activation plan.
- Prepares and monitors budgets to ensure resources are optimized.
- Sources and negotiates with vendors, event agencies, production houses, and suppliers.
- Interfaces with internal support groups from preparation to execution of events.
- Spots opportunities for collaborations and corporate tie-ups with partner companies and 3rd parties.
- Prepare post evaluation reports to determine if set objectives were met.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
- Must have 4-5 years of merchandising experience with a successful track record of high-volume business growth and bottom-line results
- Must possess the ability to understand and act upon financial retail indicators such as sell-through, gross margin, inventory turnover, among others
- Must possess excellent analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis
