Team Manager | Office-Based Full-Time  

Overview:

White Label Services 2014 Inc. is in need of an office-based full-time Team Manager who will execute and manage SEO & social media tasks with the direction and supervision of the General Manager to increase site traffic and engagement across multiple racing websites in the United Kingdom.

He/she will also be responsible in liaising with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the organization, presenting findings to clients and higher management as well as training and supervising new employees and tracking and measuring staff performance.

If chosen, working hours will be at 10:00AM – 7:00PM, Monday to Fridays, in our office at Dolmar Building U.N. Avenue, Paco, Manila

Job Description:

• Oversees and directs the day-to-day activities of the department
• Analyze and track KPIs to improve operations performance
• Strive to meet and maintain service level targets
• Communicate with other departments and management on project development, timelines, and results
• Perform keyword and analytics research to optimise/update existing content and discover new content opportunities
• Provide recommendations for content development in coordination with SEO goals
• Create daily, weekly or monthly social media calendars and schedule posts accordingly using various social media tools
• Assist with site-wide strategies including affiliate goals, site redesigns/alterations, sponsored landing pages, sales and marketing strategies
• Stay up to date on current SEO best practices, changes to search engine algorithms, changes to search engine features, and other related areas
• Train and supervise new employees
• Track and measure staff performance

• 1+ years of management experience is a must
• SEO experience with strong technical SEO skills
• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to drive results
• In-depth knowledge of on-page SEO
• Knowledge of technical SEO
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console & third-party SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Search Metrics, Majestic & Screaming Frog
• Familiarity with WordPress
• Knowledge with the top social media sites like Facebook, Twitter & Linkedin
• Experience with social media tools is an advantage
• Understanding of HTML is an advantage but is not required
• Previous publishing experience a plus
• Strong MS Office Skills especially Excel
