Job Description
The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for the following:
- Receive deliveries and stocks
- Monitor inventory
- Issuance of supplies
- Filing of purchase orders
- Assist in sourcing and receiving of requests
- Coordinate with various departments for task completion
- Prepare monitoring reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Time management
- Organized
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015 requirements an advantage
- Familiar with importation
- Familiar with logistics management
