Job Description
- Will directly be reporting to the company executives
- Assist executives in day-to-day administrative and operational work such as typing, filing, answering of phone calls, emails, and fax, and scheduling and coordinating of appointments.
- Provides support to executives and must be able to work independently as well as recommend solutions to promote efficiently and effectiveness.
- Keep track supply inventory such as office supplies, and other related materials.
- Assist executives in meetings and presentations.
- Preparation of agenda and organize meetings, including taking down of minutes.
- Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year degree course, preferably from Business, Marketing, Human Resource or any related course.
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Must have good communications skills; English and Tagalog oral and written proficiency
- Must be organized, and must have strong coordination skills
- Must have proficient use and knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, use and knowledge of Apple Macintosh is a plus
- Down-to-earth team player.
- Have a broad idea of current trends and events
