Job Description
- In-charge of the manpower requirements : sourcing to on-boarding
- Source of applicants using various channels
- Attend job fairs
- Conduct initial interview and assessment of applicants
- Administer manual and online tests
- Conduct background checks
- Prepare 201 files
- Spearhead employee related activities
- Prepare new employee announcement
- Conduct new employee orientation
- Prepare notice to explain
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent
- At least two years experience in sourcing and recruitment, employee welfare and employee relations, HR Administration, labor relations, events management and records management,
- Experience as HR generalist and admin is advantage
- Experience in the pharma industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Flexible and adaptable
- Keen to details and highly organized
- Can deal with people at all levels
- Can work in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can start immediately
- Willing to travel
- Willing to work in Greenhills
