Job Description
- Designs and conceptualizes training modules
- Conducts sales trainings
- Conduct inventory on the training needs of the work force
- Plan and organize seminars, teambuildings and other employee angagement activities of the company
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the management
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four year course
- At least three (3) years supervisory experience in sales training in direct selling;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Creative and flexible;
- Team player and adaptable;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to travel;
- Can start immediately
