Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general guidance and direction to the Human Resource and Administration personnel
- Develop HR and Administrative strategies in order to achieve the company's mission and vision
- Function as the final departmental authority on the HRA department
- Oversee general services functions
- Coordinate and work with department managers in solving human relations problems as they affect performance, efficiency and morale
- Work on the organization's holistic development
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge in General Human Resource and Administration
- 5 years experience as a manager is required for this position
- With in-depth knowledge of Organizational Development and all other facets of HR
