Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
He/ She shall oversee the daily transactions of each accounting section
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise accounting specialists and validates all reports for submission
- Ensure department rules implementation
- Validate sales order with new deals and discounts and secure FAM approval
- Prepare monthly collection target
- Check daily collection report submitted by Treasury Specialist
- Verify voucher and check amount against invoices submitted by accounts payable specialist
- Ensure that monthly deadlines for tax and mandatory remittances are being complied
- Validates adjustment entries for FAM approval
- Prepares computation for customer rebates
- Submit weekly activity report
- Others that the management may assign
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Attention to details
- Proficient MS Office, SAP and other accounting softwares
