Business Development Specialist  

Our partner company is a Design Leader that develop fascinating, creative design concepts and strategy for all upcoming brands by leading the design team and external consultants throughout the whole design process of hospitality projects such as F&B concept development with dedicated consideration of the current market trend, competition, market research, supply chain and brands portfolio management.

The role of Business Development Specialist is to help the company continue to build its business in Asia Pacific especially in Hong Kong, Macao and Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients via phone and email to introduce LC Studio and arrange meetings or product presentations
• Develop list of prospects and identify prospective clients based from the company database, network, partners and other channels
• Take an active approach towards identifying new opportunities and establish connections
• Coordinate and assist in the proposal process
• Represent the company with confidence, professionalism and integrity

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• At least two (2) years’ experience in sales and marketing preferably in the construction industry.
• With strong communication skills and able to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Good business sense
• Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• With a good sense of relationship management and open to feedback
• Ability to work with minimal guidance, proactive and can handle uncertainties.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
