Primary Function
Development, Maintenance and Administration of SmartChannel NetSuite Implementation.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Involves in technical solution requirements gathering and planning.
- Develop custom solutions using SuiteScript 1.0 or later.
- Develop custom APIs within NetSuite using Suitelet or Restlets (token based) for 3rd party software integration.
- Develop and able to integrate using 3rd party software APIs in NetSuite.
- Experience in NetSuite Financial, Order, Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Fulfilment and One World.
- Develop custom (mobile responsive) forms and reports in PDF/HTML using Suitelet.
- Work on configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards.
- Test, implement and deploy custom NetSuite solutions.
- Provide technical documents to any custom NetSuite solutions developed.

Working Hours: Start Time 9am AU time (6am-9am Manila)| End Time: 6pm AU time (3pm-6pm Manila)
Note: This position can be Work From Home during pandemic, but if needed you’ll be required to go to our Office in Ortigas. We are flexible on the WFH arrangements depending on your situation.

Minimum Qualifications
Key Competencies / Minimum Experience
- Have minimum 3 years experience in the related field with Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experience in JavaScript
- Preferably has experience in NetSuite SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.0, NetSuite SuiteFlow (Workflows), NetSuite Saved Searches, NetSuite Site Builder or Advance SuiteCommerce.
- Excellent written and fluent verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Work well in a team environment.
- Passion and enthusiasm
- Strong work ethic, contribute a very professional attitude towards all aspects of work
- A fast learner, keen to learn new things
