Job Description
- Encodes the loan application details to the Management System;
- Prescreen the applicant thru BAP-NFIS/CMAP;
- Conducts due diligence and interviews the loan applicant thru telephone and other online and offline medium;
- Verify all the information that was written by the loan applicant in the submitted application form;
- Counter verify all the detailed information of loan applicant regarding his/her employment, Bank Accounts, Credit Cards and loan history with banks;
- Prepare report regarding the gathered information to the evaluator, Manager;
- Serve as collection counterpart to accounting department in terms of reconciliation, update, holding and any collection matter involve (Cash or Check);
- Monitors client check for holding, redeposits and for pull out;
- Mainly engage in monitoring of current and delinquent accounts;
- Daily reminders and follow up call to current and overdue accounts;
- Perform counter checking of accounts to eliminate fraud in early stage
- Providing customer service regarding collection issues
- Perform other duties that shall be assigned by the Department Manager in support of the team/branch goal.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Marketing, or any business related course (4 years)
- At least 1-year experience in Credit and Collection;
- Demonstrates analytical and positive work ethics;
- Flexible and has high sense of urgency;
- Maintains confidentiality and keen to details;
- Average written and oral communication skills;
- Willing to work at WFI Head Office (Ortigas) or Laguna Branch.
