Job Description
- Hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Recommending sales activities/strategies in sync with WCP mission and vision
- Recruiting qualified sellers under his team
- Training/ Coaching/Mentoring
- Performance monitoring of his team and his Sales agents
- Motivating them to reach sales targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Report to AVPs and Management, metrics and production of their team
- Monitor the team members’ overall appearance (attire, makeup, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
- Successful previous experience as a sales agent or 1 year sale manager (consistently meeting or exceeding targets)
- Excellent communication skills
- Power Closer
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Good planning and organizational skills
