Job Description
  • Ensure that the managed brokers will hit its monthly and annual sales quota
  • Develop External Broker for the sale of the company’s projects including:

i. Recruitment,

ii. Accreditation,

iii. Training,

iv. Motivating, and

v. Monitoring and supporting Broker activities

· Create, assist and monitor External Broker Activities

Assist in closing of sales

  • Assist in the creation and development of Sales and marketing programs, sales incentives, marketing paraphernalia
  • Conduct marketing competition research from time to time
  • Conduct corporate presentations for selling from time to time
  • Periodically update and submit reports to the department head
  • Other sales and marketing related activities that the company may assign from time to time
