Job Description
- Acknowledge and create incoming tickets from clients
- Troubleshoot unit devices and provide feedback to the client
- Resolve and close tickets when necessary
- Generate & analyze reports
- Escalates and turnover all issues that are not resolve in the evening to the day shifter
- Monitor units (delays and unresponsive units)
- Escalates to System Administrator all telco units that are unresponsive or has delays in reporting
- Send emails to clients to touch base with them regarding the services of their units
- Assist technicians during installation and services
- Configure units in the system platform and master list
- Creation, validation & cleanup of geofences
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration, or Information Technology
- Experience in Customer Service preferably in calls and emails support
- Knowledgeable in Google Workspace
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
