Job Description
Plan and design new products and/or new features for the existing products
Create detailed documentation for the new product/feature using flowcharts, UML, EER diagram and process flow diagrams
Review and analyze prototype data and retest if needed
- Research new product ideas and methods
- Improve existing products and processes
- Ensure compliance with the industry’s security standards
- Ensure that the released products/features are developed efficiently and easy to use
- Find creative and efficient design solutions to problems
- Present prototypes and designs to UI/UX designer, developers and project managers
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or the like
- Experience in developing strategic application/system architecture plans
- Experience in application development of both frontend and backend
- Experience in database design planning and implementation
- Proven experience in identifying, analyzing and resolving system problems
- Experience in conducting technology, trends, standards and products research
- Experience and good in providing guidance and leadership to junior systems engineers
- Knowledge and experience in using Google Maps API and OpenGeo is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in Android, IOS and ReactJS programming is a plus
- Experience in using MySQL database & MongoDB
- Experience in using ElasticSearch is a plus
- Experience in technical documentation like flowcharts, UML, EER diagram and process flow diagrams
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and within groups
- Strong Oral & written communication
