Job Description
- Plan project management activities and schedules
- Ensure accurate project status updates to clients provided by the Project Management team
- Ensure the effective flow of information between stakeholders in project activities.
- Facilitate planning meetings and workshops when required.
- Compile all of the project details and developments in a summary profile.
- Manage day-to-day project activities and lead the project management team meetings.
- Coordinate with other groups to ensure efficient project implementation.
- Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the work of the group.
- Resolve issues raised by direct reports and by other groups; coordinate with other groups as necessary.
- Perform other administrative tasks
- Ensure communication and implementation of policies and code of conduct within the group.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the COO.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or any related course.
- At least three (3) years of relevant project management, customer support, account management, or business analysis experience.
- Preferably with experience in the IT, logistics, or supply chain industry
- Strong process, value, and a results orientation.
- Strategic thinker who can provide creative solutions for complex issues.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Amenable to travel, as needed.
